What made you want to join the Sunflower Team?
I feel I reached my goal of becoming a Pastry Chef and now I want to share my knowledge of baking and pastry with others to help foster their dreams.
How do you feel you can help the students at Sunflower?
I feel that I can draw on my years of experience in the industry, to help provide them with the skills to allow them to become successful in jobs within and outside of Sunflower.
What do you think your biggest struggle(s) at Sunflower will be?
Honestly, I feel that my biggest struggle will be not letting the students feel pressure from me wanting them to succeed and not overloading knowledge too quickly on a student.
What is one goal you hope that all of your students leave your class with?
I’d like to share my enthusiasm and desire to always learn with all of my students so that they can realize that this is just the start of the adventure, and that if they always push themselves to do the best they can, they will all accomplish greatness.
