Custom Mini Cupcake Cake (NF)

Mini cupcakes topped with buttercream and decorated with swirly border,  flowers and writing of your choice.   24 cupcakes is 1/4 sheet size, 48 cupcakes is 1/2 sheet size, and 96 cupcakes is full sheet size. Nut-free. Cake inscriptions are written in dark chocolate on vanilla frosting, and white buttercream on chocolate frosting.
