Sunflower Bakery is delighted to offer a year-round shipping program. Ship our delicious desserts to your friends and family all over the country! We ship every Tuesday, except on holidays*. You have until midnight of the preceding Thursday to order. Sunflower is not responsible for lost, returned or unreceived packages. There are no returns, discounts, or cancellations allowed on any shipped orders.

What products are available to be shipped?
We have year-round and major holiday packages available in our online shop.

What does shipping cost?
We are shipping with FedEx One Rate. The total cost includes the products, shipping, and handling.

How can I ship to multiple locations?
You will need to place separate orders for each location to where you would like to ship.

Can I ship to P.O. Boxes?
We ship with FedEx so we cannot send to P.O. Boxes. FedEx requires a street address.

Can I ship multiple packages to the same location?
Yes, you can ship multiple packages to the same location. Each package will ship in a separate box.

I don’t see an option to ship at checkout.
A shipping option will be available when you have ONLY items available for shipping in your cart. Remove all items that do not begin with “SHIP:” and you will see shipping options at checkout.

I want to ship other items with my package.
We are only shipping our preset packages.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are expected to arrive on the 3rd day after order has shipped. Sunflower is not responsible for shipments that arrive later than expected.

Can I track my order?
You will receive notifications from FedEx when your order has shipped, when it is scheduled to be delivered, and when it has been delivered. They will come from this email: TrackingUpdates@fedex.com

Are Sunflower products kosher and dairy-free?
Sunflower Bakery products and facility are kosher and pareve under the kashrut supervision of the Rabbinical Council of Greater Washington, Vaad HaRabanim of Greater Washington.
