Ordering

How do I order?

The best way to order is through our website www.sunflowerbakery.org.   As you move through the ordering process, delivery/pick-up options will be provided prior to payment.

How far in advance do I have to order?

We require 48-hour notice. For orders $300+, we ask for 72 hours notice. For orders $500+, a minimum of 5 business days.

Can I create my own platter?

No, we are unable to accommodate custom platter orders. In the past, we have allowed customers to remove a given item from a platter and substitute with an item already on the platter. (for example, on a cookie platter you could order “no ginger cookies, more crinkle”.

What if I don’t have internet access?

Allergies/Ingredients

Are you peanut free?

Yes.  There are NO peanuts or peanut products (oil, butter etc.) in our kitchen.  People have brought peanuts into the front area of the bakery but not into the kitchen.

Are you nut free?

We use almonds, pecans, pistachios, and walnuts on a regular basis. Other nuts, but NOT peanuts, are used more infrequently. We work hard to prevent cross-contamination but nut-free products are made in the same kitchen along with products containing nuts.
