By checking the box on the form and completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Party Package
- Party packages are $750 for up to 10 children.
- Additional guests may be added for $15 per child, up to a maximum of 15 children.
- Your party includes:
- Apron for each child
- Six cookies per child to decorate
- Flower pot take-home container
- Birthday cake or cupcakes
- One beverage per child
- Guided cookie decorating activity
- Decorating supplies
- Dedicated party space
- Staff support
If you wish to bring any additional party elements to Sunflower, please make sure they are cleared with Sunflower staff prior to the event. We are a functional retail space and training kitchen, so certain decorations are not suitable for our space. Additionally, no external food or drink can be brought into the space because we are a Kosher facility.
Dietary Requests
Gluten-free and vegan cookie decorating options, as well as gluten-free and vegan birthday cakes, are available upon request. Dietary accommodations must be requested at the time of booking.
Payment
Full payment is required to reserve your party date and time. Online bookings must be paid by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Cancellation Policy
- Parties must be booked at least 14 days in advance.
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled party will receive a 75% refund. The remaining balance will be issued as a credit toward a future party booking.
- Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the scheduled party are non-refundable.
Guest Count
The final guest count should be provided prior to the event. Additional guests are subject to availability and will be charged at $15 per child.
Allergens
Sunflower Bakery is a peanut-free facility. However, we use almonds, pecans, walnuts, and pistachios.
Our bakery is Kosher Parve and completely dairy-free.
Although gluten-free products are available, we are not a dedicated gluten-free facility. While we take reasonable precautions to reduce cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens.
Supervision
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children attending the party. Sunflower Bakery staff will facilitate the decorating activity but are not responsible for individual child supervision.
Liability
By participating, you acknowledge that cookie decorating is a hands-on activity and assume responsibility for your child’s participation. Sunflower Bakery is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or loss of personal property that may occur during the event.
Photography
Sunflower Bakery may photograph parties for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please notify us before the party begins.
